Unknown tree is also there in Sita Raptan, Mandla, Madhya Pradesh
Unknown tree under which Valmiki did penance and the Ramayana was also composed under this tree by Valmiki. About which tree till date no botanist has been able to find out which tree it is. There are two such trees which are opposite to each other. Sita ji's hut is built under a tree, which is like a small cave. Another tree is in front. It falls 3 times. And it is not known when the new leaf comes. It is not known where the falling leaves fly away. Till date no one has seen the leaves sweeping.
Sita Rapatan got its name from the place
Because it is a mountain which is going to slide down from the very top. As it is made for the child to play in the garden, on which the children climb and then slip down. Which is of black stone. On a little rough, anyone can slip on it and come down. Children and elders have fun sliding from above on this natural sliding and come down. Once in mythological times, Sita ji slipped back with a pot from this place while pouring water, due to which it was named Sita Rapatan.
