बात उन दिनों की है,  जब वो ९ कक्षा में पढता था  ऐसे ही एक दिन उनके पिता जी के दोस्त किसी काम के सिलसिले में उनके घर पर आये तब वो देखे की बाप और बेटे दोनों घर पर ही है,  तभी उन्होंने उस लड़के से कहा ही की बेटा तुम अपने जीवन में क्या बनोगे ?  कुछ सोचा है या नहीं ! अभी तुम्हारा समय है, अभी नही सोचोगे तो आगे कैसे बढोगे ? तब उस लडक ने जवाब ,दिया की चाचा जी अभी तो पढाई कर रहा हूँ, कुछ सोचा नहीं हूँ, तब उन्होंने प्रेरक विचार बताया की बेटा तुम अपने पिता जी का काम क्यों नहीं सीखते हो ?  अभी नहीं सीखोगे तो कब सीखोगे ?  मेरा तो मानना है की यदि अपने पिता जी का काम  सिख लेते हो तो तुम्हे और अच्छे से सिखने को मिलेगा, उनको हर प्रकार के मूर्ति बनाने का ज्ञान है  तुम अच्छे से सिख भी लोगे तुम्हे कोई परेसानी भी नहीं होगी  पढाई लिखाई जैसे कर रहे हो वैसे ही चलता रहेगा  साथ में काम भी सीखते रहोगे अपनी मर्जी से यही समय हे कुछ सोचने का अभी नहीं सोचोगे तो बाद में बहुत देर हो जाएगी, इतना प्रेरणादायक विचार देकर और जिस काम के लिए आये थे, वो पूरा कर के चले गये।

सिद्धांत को देखा जय तो प्रेरक विचार उस बच्चे को जो प्रेरणा उनके पिता जी के दोस्त से मिला, वो उस बच्चे के लिए जीवन में एक प्रेरणा मिल गया, जिससे वो पढाई लिखाई के साथ साथ प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण से प्रेरित होकर थोड़ा बहुत अपने पीता जी के साथ भी काम करने लगा,  कक्षा १० की पढाई और परीक्षा में प्रथम स्थान ला कर पास हुआ आगे वो कक्षा १२ की तैयारी में लग गया, उच्च माध्यमिक की पढाई २ साल का होता है,  इसलिए उसके पिता जी ने उसके लिए एक कमरे की ब्यवस्था कर दिए,  ताकि सकररमक ढंग से एकाग्र हो कर पढाई और काम दोनों साथ साथ कर सके, ऐसा मौका मिलते ही आत्म प्रेरणा से प्रेरत उसने दोनों तरफ मेहनत सुरु कर दिया,  तब दिन में पढाई और देर रात तक मूर्ति बनाने के काम को शांत माहौल में सिखने लग गया, जिसमे उसके पिता जी भी साथ देते थे, देर रात तक जागने के लिए मना  करते थे  चुकी ऐसा करने से उसके स्वस्थ पे असर पर रहा था,  ऐसा करते करते वो कक्षा १२ उच्च माध्यमिक दूसरे स्थान से पास किया, तब उसने निर्णय लिया की आज जो भी सीखा हूँ  अपने पिता जी के ज्ञान से ही सीखा हूँ और पिता जी के दोस्त के दिए प्रेरणादायक विचार से ही प्रेरित होकर आज यहाँ तक पंहुचा हूँ,  पढाई पूरा करने के बाद वो उसी क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ते हुए काम काज सुरु किया और आगे बढ़ा और दुसरो के लिए प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण बना।  

लक्ष्य निर्धारण सिद्धांत के आधार

उस बच्चे ने आगे चलकर पढाई तो ज्यादा नहीं किया पर कला के सकारात्मक  दिशा में  व्यक्तिगत प्रेरणा से प्रेरित हो कर अपने पिता जी के ब्यापार में सहायोग देने लग गया।  इससे उसके लिए प्रेरक वक्ता के दिए हुए प्रेरणा से एक ब्यापार मंच पर अपने आप को खड़ा पाया।  उसके पास पूरी जानकारी और काम काज के तकनिकी बचपन से देखा था व्यक्तिगत प्रेरणा के माध्यम उनके पिता जी थे, जिससे उसको सिखने में  बहुत मदत मिला। 

कला के दुनिया में पारंगत होने के बाद

उसने अच्छा खासा ब्यापार किया।   जितना सकारात्मक कलाकार होते है, जिस दिशा में कलाकार बढ़ते है, वो एक अद्यात्म से काम नहीं है,  कला वही पलता है, जहा सब कुछ सकारात्मक होते है। जिससे उस ब्यक्ति का जीवन भी सकारात्मक और प्रेरणादायक हो गया, आगे बढ़ता गया  मेहनत भी बहुत अच्छा किया जिससे उसके जीवन सकारात्मक चलता रहा

 

प्रेरक उद्धरण 

ये है की जो मेहनत करता है मेहनत से कभी नहीं भागता है भले ही पढाई लिखाई के समय उसने कंप्यूटर ज्ञान नहीं लिया था, तब वो पढाई लिखाई छोड़ने के ८ साल बाद कंप्यूटर के ज्ञान के लिए संस्थान में अध्यन किया जहा उसने आधुनिक ताकनिकी सिखने में पौने २ साल लगाया। वो एक कलाकार था, उसको पता था की किसी भी ज्ञान की बारीकियत सिखने में समझने में समय लगता है,आत्म प्रेरणा कौशल से प्रेरित होकर उसने समय दिया,  कंप्यूटर के अध्यन के लिए समय उसने ऐसा चुना की जो कोई सोच भी नहीं सकता है, दोपहर के एक बजे जब लोग खाना खाने जाते है ताकि काम काज का नुकसान न हो  चुकी उस समय कामगार लिए एक घंटा का छुट्टी करते है, आत्म प्रेरणा से उस  समय का उपयोग किया। अपने काम काज में नई तकनिकी को शामिल करके व्यक्तिगत प्रेरणा से अपने लक्ष्य तक पंहुचा। 

दो कारक सिद्धांत

सिद्धांत पर अब चलना सुरु कर दिया जिसमे कंप्यूटर के माध्यम से कला का प्रदर्शन और ब्यापार को बढ़ने में बहुत मेहनत किया। 

प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण 

३ साल बाद वो पहला विदेश के काम सुरु किया और इस तरह से अपने काम ब्यापार को नए आयाम दे कर देशक विदेश तक पहुंचाया, इस तरह से उस ब्यक्ति ने प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण बन गया। 

इस माध्यम में एक अपने काम को सम्भालन और प्रचार और प्रसार को बढ़ाने में दिन रात मेहनत कर के दो करक सिद्धांत को पूरा करते हुए आगे बढ़ता रहा।  

 

प्रेरणा स्त्रोत 

उनके जीवन का प्रथम प्रेरणा स्त्रोत उनके पिता जी  दोस्त थे जिन्होंने पढाई लिखाई के समय प्रेरणा दिया बाद में काम काज सिखने में उनके कलाकार पिता जी प्रेरणा स्त्रोत बनकर पूरा सहयोग किये।  

 

प्रेरक उद्धरण

उनके पढाई लिखाई  के समय जो उनके पिता जी के दोस्त से प्रेरणा मिला वही उनके लिए प्रेरक उदहारण बना। 

 

प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण

अपने जीवन में पढाई लिखाई के साथ कलाकारी सीखना कंप्यूटर सीखना समय का सकारात्मक साबुपयोग करना उपयोग करना प्रेरक विचार को सुनकर आत्मसात अपने जीवन में आत्मसाध करना उनके द्वारा दुसरो लिए प्रेरणादायक उद्धरण है। 

 

सकारात्मक उद्धरण

जो कार्य अपने लिए प्रेरणा मिला सकारात्मक ढंग से उस क्षेत्र में सीखना, विकास के लिए आगे बढ़ना, आने वाले समय के हिसाब से खुद को नए आयाम में परिवर्तित कर ने तकनिकी को अपना कर बढ़ना सकारात्मक उद्धरण है। 

   

सफलता उद्धरण

सच्चे मन से प्रेरणा स्त्रोत बनकर आये ब्यक्ति के प्रेरक विचार से प्रभावित हो कर सकारात्मक बनकर उस क्षेत्र में काम काज सीखना और बढ़ना सफलता उद्धरण है। 

 

प्रेरक विचार

विद्वान ब्यक्ति के दिए हुए विचार को जीवन में आस्थापित कर के आगे बढ़ना, विचार के हसाब से चलना, तरक्की में सफलता मिलाना, प्रेरक विचार है जो उनके पिता जी के दोस्त से मिला।
