विचार मन के सोच और कल्पना के अनुसार ही चरितार्थ होता है। ब्यक्ति जो सोच समझ रखता है, उसके अनुसार मन में कल्पना अपने कर्तब्य या कार्य के प्रति करता है। सोच समझ बाहरी मन से उत्पन्न होता है। जैसा सांसारिक भाव को मन स्वीकार करता है। जो जीवन में हासिल करना चाहता है। उस सांसारिक भाव को अंतर मन में कल्पना के जरिये मन में नवनिर्माण करता है। ताकि विषय वस्तु जीवन में स्थापित हो सके जिससे जीवन के निवाह का नया मार्ग मिले सके। विचार उसी कल्पना के अनुसार परिलक्षित होता है। विचार बहूत कुछ सिखाता भी है। ब्यक्ति अपने विचार के प्रति सजग हो जाए तो कल्पना से निर्मित विषय वस्तु के परिणाम को ही उजागर करते है। बाहरी मन की बात कहे तो क्या सही और क्या गलत जिव्हा बाहरी मन के तौर बोल जाता है। समझ नहीं पते है बाद में परिणाम कुछ अलग निकलता है तो परिणाम में भी विचार आने लग जाते है। उस विचार से भी सजग हो जय तो जो कुछ बिगड़ रहा है या बिगड़ गया है। उसको ठिक करने का रास्ता मिल जाता है। मन लीजिये की कोई नकारात्मक विचार उत्पन्न हो रहा है तो सोचे की नकारात्मकता कहाँ उत्पन्न हुई है। विचार ही ज्ञान दिलाता है। मन कभी कभी ऐसा हो जायेगा की विचार क्यों आ रहे है? मै नहीं चाह रहा हूँ की ऐसा विचार आये तब मन उस विचार से पीछा छुड़ाना चाहता है। विचार से भागना नहीं है, विचार में उत्पन्न हुए सवाल का जवाब खोजना है। परिणाम तब कुछ ऐसा निकलेगा की मन जो प्राप्त करना चाह रहा है। उसमे क्या मुस्किल उत्पन्न होने वाला है? वो दर्शाता है। संघर्ष, करी मेहनत कर के सकारात्मक कार्य और कर्तब्य तो पूरा हो सकता है। नकारात्मक कार्य, नकारात्मक धारना, अनर्गल कार्य को सक्रिय करने से मन मस्तिष्क पर कुथाराघात भी पड़ सकता है। जिसका परिणाम लम्बे समय तक मन के विचार में रह सकता है। जिससे पीछा चुराना बहूत मुस्किल भी पर सकता है, इसलिए विचार हमेशा सकारात्मक ही होना चाहिए               

 

मनुष्य सोच से अधिक तपस्या क्यों पसंद करते हैं?

सोच समझकर से कुछ करे तो ठिक है। सोच बहूत ज्यादा है तो कलपना भी ज्यादा होगा स्वाभाविक है। कल्पना के द्वारा अंतर मन को सोच के अनुसार कार्य और कर्तब्य के लिए प्रेरित किया जाता है। सोच बहूत ज्यादा है और कार्य कुछ नही कर रहे है तो कल्पना निरर्थक की होता रहेगा। सोच बाहरी मन की देन है, कल्पना अंतर मन में होता है। वर्त्तमान समय में सोच बहूत ज्यादा सक्रीय है। क्योकि कार्य ब्यवस्था को सक्रीय करने में प्रतिस्पर्धा का दौर चल रहा है। सब एक दुसरे से आगे निकलना चाह रहे है। स्वाभाविक है की प्रतिस्पर्धा के दौर में सब तो एक जैसा आगे नहीं जायेगा। कोई न कोई तो पीछे जरूर होगा। हो सकता है ऐसे ब्यक्ति सरल हो सांसारिक क्रिया कलाप उनको पसंद न हो, मगर जीवन जीने के लिए ब्यापार, सेवा, कार्य ब्यवस्था में सफल न हो तो अपने जीवन में कुछ परिवर्तन करना उनके लिए उचित लगता है। संसार में सब कोई एक जैसा नहीं होता है। प्रयास में जरूरी नहीं की सबको एक जैसा सफलता मिले। सफलता तो सोच समझ, बुध्दी विवेक, मन, काल्पन, कभी कभी चतुराई, साम, दाम, दंड, भेद सब के मिश्रण से प्राप्त होता है। सिधान्तवादी ब्यक्ति हर रास्ते को नहीं अपनाता है। जो उनके लिए उचित हो वो उसी रास्ते पर चलेंगे।

सिधान्तवादी ब्यक्ति सोच को कम परिणाम पर ज्यादा ध्यान देते है। 

तपस्या योग ध्यान होता ही है। कर्म के रास्ते पर चलना भी एक तपस्या ही है। जीवन के लिए नित्य कर्म होता है जिसमे सब कुछ समाहित होता है। जो जीवन से ज़ुरा हुआ होता है, सोच मिश्रित हो सकता है। कर्म अपने जीवन के सिधान्त पर चलना तपस्या होता है। ऐसे ब्यक्ति सोचने से अच्छा कर्म करना पसंद करते है। कर्म निस्वार्थ भाव होता है। ऐसे ब्यक्ति न सिर्फ अपने लिए बल्कि अपने से जुड़े  लोगो के हित का भी ख्याल रखते है। उनके ख़ुशी में अपना ख़ुशी समझते है। इसलिए ऐसे ब्यक्ति सोच से ज्यादा तपस्या पसंद करते है।

आमतौर पर ब्यक्ति कर्म रूपी तपस्या करे तो जीवन में भले कुछ हो न हो पर आतंरिक ख़ुशी अवस्य मिलता है। 

स्वयं के मन में झाकने से जीवन के परेशानियो से छुटकारा मिल सकता है। जीवन में सबकुछ प्राप्त करना ही ख़ुशी नहीं होता है। सांसारिक भोग विलाश में मनुष्य जीवन के वास्तविक रंग को भूल जाते है। जीवन में सबकुछ होते हुए भी लोग वास्तविक ख़ुशी से कभी कभी दूर हो जाते है। अंतर मन की ख़ुशी ही वास्तविक ख़ुशी है। इसलिए सिधान्तवादी ब्यक्ति सोच से अधिक तपस्या पसंद करते हैं।    

 

आप कैसे पहचानते हैं कि अगर कोई पक्षपाती या स्थिर तरीके से सोच रहा है तो आप बदलाव को कैसे प्रभावित करते हैं?

सोच जब किसी ब्यक्ति विशेष से जुड़ा हो और उसके हित को ध्यान में रख कर कार्य किया जा रहा हो भले वो अनैतिक कार्य ही क्यों न हो वो पक्षपात के दायरे में आता है। स्थिर तरीके के सोच से जो कार्य होता है उसमे स्वयं के साथ साथ अपने से जुड़े लोगो के हित का भी ख्याल रखा जाता है। जिस कार्य के करने से किसी का कोई नुकसान नहीं होता है तो उसको स्थिर सोच कहते है। जीवन में बदलाव को प्रभावित करने के लिए अपने से जुड़े लोगो के हित के बारे में जरूर सोचे। कुछ भी कार्य कर्तब्य करे तो लोगो के मान सम्मान का जरूर ख्याल रखे। कभी किसी की निंदा नहीं करे। स्वयं खुश रहे दूसरो को भी खुश रहने दे। कुछ कार्य निस्वार्थ भाव से भी करे तो जीवन में बदलाव को प्रभावित कर सकते है।

ज्ञानी माइंड (Gyaani Mind)

मन को जब भी समझने का प्रयास करता हूँ। सवाल पर सवाल खड़ा हो जाता है। 

मन कभी ऐसा सोचता है! मन कभी वैसा सोचता है! जितना मन में उतरने का प्रयास करता हूँ। उलझने लग जाता हूँ। ये सोचकर आगे बढ़ता हूँ की क्या जरूरी है और क्या जरूरी नहीं है। जितना तेज मै नहीं हूँ, उससे ज्यादा तेज तो मन होता है। मै ये सोचकर मन का पीछा नहीं करता हू की उससे मै जीत नहीं पाउँगा। जब मै अपने जरूरी क्रिया कलाप को नहीं पूरा कर पता हूँ। जो मै सोचता हूँ वो होता नहीं है और जो नही सोचता हूँ वो हो रहा होता है। तब क्या मै इस मन का पीछा कर के अपने उम्मीद पर खड़ा उतर पाउँगा? सुबह उठकर अपने दिनचर्या को पूरा करने में लग जाता हूँ। नित्य कर्म और काम काज जब आज तक समय पर मेरे पुरे हुए ही नहीं है। तो क्या मन के इच्छा को कभी पूरा कर सकता हूँ। जो चीज सोचता हूँ की आज पूरा कर लू कुछ न कुछ बाकि रह ही जाता है। तो दुसरे दिन ही जा कर पूरा होता है। और कुछ कम को पूरा करने में कई दिन भी लग जाता है। तो क्या मन के इच्छा को कब पूरा करुगा। मै ये सोचकर मन की इच्छा को नहीं हवा देता हूँ की जितनी चादर है उससे ज्यादा पैर क्या फैलाना। कही कुछ उच् नीच हो गया तो मन के मारा मै तो कही फस ही जाऊंगा। ऐसा मै कभी नहीं चाहूँगा की आ बैल मुझे मार। मैं मन की बात वहा तक मानता हूँ जहा तक जायज़ है। मैं वही करता हूँ, जिसके बारे में मुझे पूरी जानकारी और ज्ञान होता है। ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्रयास करता हूँ की नित्य कुछ नया सीखते रहूँ। अछी ज्ञानवर्धक पुस्तके पढना मै अच्छा समझता हूँ। ब्यर्थ का समय बर्बाद नही कर के मैं अपने कार्य और कर्तब्य पर ज्यादा ध्यान देता हूँ। अपने जिम्मेवारी को निभाने का प्रयास करता हूँ। इसलिए मै खुश हूँ, प्रसन्न हूँ, आनंदित हूँ।            

 

 

सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने के लिए कितने महीनों की आवश्यकता होती है?

सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने के लिए समय की नहीं एकाग्रता की आवश्यकता होती है। सुपर चेतन मन को प्राप्त करने के लिए सबसे पहले मन को निर्मल करना होता है। हर घटना के प्रति सजग रहना पड़ता है। ताकि किसी भी प्रकार के भाव का प्रभाव मन पर रंच मात्र भी नही पड़े और मन हमेशा किसी भी स्तिथि या परिस्तिथि में सरल और सजग रहे। मन को ऐसा बनाये की दुःख में न दुःख महशुस हो और सुख में न सुख महशुस हो तो सुपर चेतन मन के सफलता के लिए आगे बढ़ सकते है। मन का भाव जब सजग रहते हुए सरल हो जाता है। तब मन प्रफुल्लित हो कर हर्स और उल्लास से भर जाता है। तब ऐसे ब्यक्ति को चाहे जितना भी सुख या दुःख हो तो कोई एहसास नहीं होता है। मन के भाव में किसी भी प्रकार के परिवर्तन की कोई उम्मित नहीं रहता है। सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने के लिए मन बुध्दी सोच विचार पर पूर्ण नियंत्रण के साथ योग साधना शवासन बहूत जरूरी है। साधना में सहजावस्था प्राप्त कर के अवचेतन मन के माध्यम से सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने के लिए आगे बढ़ा जाता है। अपने मन में झक कर मन के जो भी अन्दर पड़ा हुआ है सब कुछ निकलकर मन को निर्मल किया जाता है। ताकि मन में बाहरी किसी भी प्रकार के भाव का कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़े। तब साधक मन में नहीं अपने आत्मा में वास करता है। तब निर्मल अवस्था में कोई भाव नहीं होता है। जैसे मन की मृतु हो चुकी हो। फिर साधक के अन्दर अपने शारीर के लिए भी कोई मोह नहीं होता है। मोह समाप्त हो जाने के बाद ही मन को शक्ति प्राप्त होती है। तब मन नहीं होता है मन की शक्ति होता है। इच्छा नहीं होता है इच्छा शक्ति होता है। तब साधक मन के शक्ति के माद्यम से अपना नया निर्माण करता है। जिसमे नकारात्क कोई विषय वस्तु के लिए जगह नहीं होता है। संसार में कल्याण के उद्देश्य से ऐसा प्रयास करे तो सफलता मिल सकता है। किसी विषय वास्तु के प्राप्ति के उद्देश्य करने पर सफलता की उम्मित बहूत कम रहता है। चुकी विषय वस्तु की प्राप्ति मन का भाव है। सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने से मन समाप्त हो जाता है। मन की शक्ति ही रहता है। इच्छा समाप्त हो जाता है। सिर्फ इच्छा शक्ति रह जाता है। फिर से मन का भाव लाने पर सब शक्ति समाप्त होने लग जाते है। इससे बुध्दी भ्रस्त होने का डर रहता है। पागल भी हो सकते है। साधना के माध्यम से सुपर चेतन मन प्राप्त करने के लिए स्वयं अकेले प्रयास कभी नही करे। योग्य जानकर आत्मज्ञानी के निगरानी में ही ऐसा प्रयास करे।
